Diane Rossow, Health Detox Strategist and author of Let It! The Body Can Heal Itself Given the Proper Environment, is an entrepreneur and educator committed to helping individuals and healthcare practitioners better understand the role our internal environment plays in overall wellness.

Her work focuses on practical, non-toxic approaches to reducing the body’s toxic burden and supporting cellular health. Through customized detox strategies, Diane educates others about potential exposures—including heavy metals, chemicals, environmental toxins, and parasites—and ways to support the body’s natural systems of elimination. For health and wellness practitioners, her approach can also complement an existing practice while creating an additional income opportunity.

Diane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education from Central Washington University, but her passion for health education grew from a deeply personal experience.

When her daughter, struggling with chronic health challenges and pharmaceutical reliance, reached the point of wanting to “quit on life,” Diane began searching for another way. What started as an effort to help her daughter became a much deeper investigation into pharmaceuticals, environmental exposures, cellular health, toxic burden, and the often-overlooked role of parasites.

That journey changed both of their lives.

Today, her daughter is medication-free, gainfully employed, and fully engaged in life again—an outcome that continues to fuel Diane’s desire to educate others.
Diane now shares what she calls “internal hygiene”—helping people better understand what may be entering the body, what may be interfering with its optimal function, and practical ways to support the body’s own detoxification and healing processes.
