Karen’s entrepreneurial journey began after she lost her administrative assistant position following the birth of her daughter with Spina Bifida. Determined to provide for her family while being available for her children, she built a business from home. Across more than four decades with Avon, she developed marketing and leadership skills that helped her achieve an annual sales of $150,000+, sell more than 1 million dollars in products, and earn incentive trips.

Her journey also included rebuilding her Avon business four times, navigating two emotionally abusive marriages and divorces, and supporting her daughter through major medical crisis. Today, Karen is helping her mother through her later years while continuing to grow her own business and mission. Having experienced caregiving for both a mother and a daughter, she understands why flexible income, personal well-being, and a strong sense of purpose matter.
